What’s included

This panel includes everything in the Core Panel, plus additional tests that give a more complete picture of your nutritional status, metabolic health, and long-term disease risk.

Core Panel (all included):

• Full Blood Count (red cells, white cells, haemoglobin, platelets)

• Kidney function (urea, creatinine, sodium, potassium, eGFR)

• Liver function tests (ALP, AST, GGT, bilirubin)

Additional Comprehensive Panel tests:

• Ferritin, Vitamin B12 & Folate
  Useful for assessing fatigue, anaemia risk, and common nutrient deficiencies — especially in long-term expats, vegetarians/vegans, or anyone with low energy.

• Vitamin D (25-OH)
  Deficiency is extremely common, even in Mallorca. Important for bone health, immunity, and mood.

• Bone profile
  Includes calcium, phosphate, ALP, and albumin — helpful for overall nutritional and bone health assessment.

• Urine ACR (microalbumin/creatinine ratio)
  A highly sensitive early marker of kidney disease and vascular health; recommended in modern screening guidelines.

3. Attend the lab — open every morning except Sundays (no appointment needed).

All results are reviewed by our English-speaking doctor, and you’ll receive a clear written explanation of what everything means and whether any next steps are recommended.
